Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Guess where I was on Sunday? My friend Flo is a friend of the Wombat sanctuary at Cambrai & I was able to cuddle the 7 mth old baby wombat plus a special treat I was also able to pat the 2 mth old baby koala :)
I had some other pics sent to me via email but I can't get them on forum to show you them. :( Went to dental clinic today just another 5 appointments to go then off to Ikea where George put some real crap in the basket, didn't see the stuff till he put it to the cashier  On the way home we had a 40kl speed limit from way before the tunnel until a klm or so through the tunnel to find 3 cop cars and a truck being hooked up to a tow truck in the middle lane. Time to hit the sack goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Vik 351 x :D

Awe so cute Dot, the aminals I mean.    Finally had success with the pics, so that's all good xxxx

Drove home, emptied van, put van away at the back of the block and fired up a load of Christmas tree. Takes two lots of firings to fit all the pieces in to make up one tree. I was very pleased to sell a couple of them over the weekend with our mates. I sold more in an hour than we sold over the whole of the weekend before. So, as we are heading off to our big Christmas sale next weekend, I felt that at least one more tree would help us to start out with a nice display. I have taken a few more orders for trees from our group, so will be very busy when we return from Port next week, just to make sure that I have enough for everyone.

Sleepy time now, so goodnight everyone xxx
Deborah

Think your cuddling a wombat outdoes our visit to the tiny zoo last week. ;) ;) All good today I hope xxxx

Helen, I would go even nuttier if I didn't have my little business to keep my mind off all the other crap that goes on in our life. Travel safely home mate. xxx

Today I fired up the kiln and left it while I went off for a doctor check up (all as good as it can be) and then rushed home to check that the shed hadn't burnt down. :o All good. So while I watched the kiln finish up it's stuff, I completed the Christmas tree that I fired yesterday. As I can only fire 4 sides of the trees at a time, I had already done the first 4 sides, so yesterday was the final part of the puzzle. I wired up beads on the ends of branches and fixed the wire legs into bits of real branches and titivated them with beads. So now I will have 5 trees to take with us to Port Mac. As we have been travelling, I have collected many necklaces from my fav op shops, with the thought of doing a bit of redesigning with my sparkly stuff. So that's what is in the kiln now. I plan to glue the new sparkly things onto the necklaces and see how they go on my stall.

definitely ugly sleep needed here,
so night all xxx

Are we gunna get a photo of these Christmas trees? Or have I either missed or completely forgotten (more likely) seeing them posted before?

There was a cartoon doing the rounds a few yrs back, a "lady with negotiable affections" is standing over a dressed up Santa who is flat on his back with stars above his head in the hallow formation. the caption read " I warned you about that last year"
