The blue bit you can see is the insulator part of a bootlace ferrule. We use them on the end of all wire connection to stop the screw from cutting the single strands of small extra low voltage wires.
We normally use colour coded wires for the harness between the battery and the Junsi logger, but maybe in Wayne's case we reused cables that were already there.
Wayne, You need to take a photo or a few photos of the PL20 and how the wires are connected and post them on here, that way we can advise you if you put them back in the wrong places.
I'll give you the next lot of instructions after you post the photos.

OK, first off, is the green light on top of the Kemo timer switch on? If not, check the yellow? wire that goes from the PL20 battery + down to the battery positive, is that the wire on the battery positive terminal? Is that fuse blown?

Off topic. May I ask?
What is the Kemo Timer Switch used for?

Re: Wayne world
It's a 'part' of the T1 Lithium control to look after your batteries in case of low or high cell voltage.
To avoid 'chatter' of the contacts in the relay it waits for a certain time the voltage is over or under the preset figure before it reacts.
If it wasn't in the 'loop' it may switch on/off/on/off repeatedly milliseconds apart and destroy the contact. (or shorten their life)
It also 'overlooks' some short lived quick draw like if you start a vacuum cleaner or waterpump etc.
..... in a nut shell ........

Re: Wayne world
The Kemo timer was the second version of the controlbox BMS and basically turns off the charging for what ever time is set if a cell reaches the alarm voltage set in the Junsi.
we moved on from that timer to modifying another timer board that was on the market, mostly because the Kemo timer is a one shot unit, if the problem is still there the timer will not cycle again leading to the problem cell being charged to destruction.
Version 3 used a resetting timer that had more accurate timer control from 1 sec to 1 hr and if at the end of the cycle there was still an alarm, it would run another cycle and so on, resetting itself every time.
Version 4 was because the manufacturer of the version 3 timer board stopped making them
and the replacement needed a great deal of modification because the printed circuit tracks are too small and can't handle the loads required.
Version 5 uses a different design mod to version 4 making it more compact and robust.
Now the whole lot has to go out the window because they have stopped making the Junsi cell monitors and none of the also rans are up to the task, so I'm designing something completely different that can control all types of chargers, even multiple MPPT solar controllers and the inverters that have built in solar controllers and mains chargers. It will also have a balancing capacity that turns on if a certain level of out of balance is detected and reduces the charge rate down to below the capacity of the balancer to shift capacity from the high cell/s to the lower cells. The new BMS will also send the cell voltages snd warnings to a smart phone via Bluetooth ..... and a few other capabilities thrown in if I can get those to work as well.
What makes it really difficult is my eye sight is so bad now the experimental circuit boards take a lot longer to build.
