If the Junsi is showing ERROR then it will trip the alarm port and the timer will cycle stopping the charging. With the system you have it will only stop for 1 timer cycle, this is why we stopped using that timer method because an over voltage cell that has not returned to below 3.6v will be damaged when the timer ends its stop charging timer cycle and the charging starts again.
Check all the small fuses at the battery, check the voltages as I showed before to make sure the voltage climbs progressively from wire 1 through to wire 5 while the black multimeter probe is still on wire 1.
From there we can test if the SSR is working properly, but we need the Junsi working to determine the cell voltages so we can avoid further damage to the battery.
By the way, there is only one lithium battery, it is built up out of cells joined is parallel and series to make the required Ah and voltage.

Multi meter down at battery say 9 volt
Have sent a picture of set up and wire placement

Wayne,
Check the connection on the blue jumper wire (that is connecting to the black wire) in the fuse box. It looks like it's not in the right spot.

Just putting in my 20c worth
The terminals between the cells are on the photo showing white around the connectors , this usually means corrosion under some terminals
Might this be causing the fault ?
Elecky did say battery ?

Re: Wayne world
Wayne,
We spoke about the blue wire not going anywhere a week ago.
Have you checked the blue wire like I suggested. It's not in the correct position in the fuse box and could give a bad connection.. (look at the photo very carefully.)
And, have you checked checked the brown wire too?

Re: Wayne world
Thanks Joh have done all that but as T1 said I suppose to get 3.6.9.12 volt out of the plastic so there is only one out of place
I did take indervidual photos as it came out i the first place have texture the battery as to what wire went were so I have batteries power to 9 volts that one wire is the

Re: Wayne world
Wayne,
1. Look at the photo I posted; it circles the blue jumper wire and the bad connection. it needs to be fixed for reliability issues.
2. Carefully study the brown wire from the battery to the Junsi including the all the connections and fuses. It's probably broken somewhere. The simple way to check is to parallel a jumper wire. I reckon the brown wire is the problem of the 3,3,6,9 readout.
3. Also, are the right fuses fitted? Look at the fuse box connectors and then the fuses. The connectors are in the middle, yet the fuse leg is on the sides.

Have you fitted small or medium fuses?
