OK, if there is a voltage reading between the black wire and the green wire, then the blue link wire in the fuse box is in the right place and making a connection.
The problem is cell 2, you have
Black earth
Wire two 3.12 green - this is the voltage for cell 1 = 3.12v
Wire three 3.02 brown - this it the voltage for cell 2 minus cell 1 voltage = - 0.10v
Wire four 6.30 white - this is the voltage for cell 3 minus cell 1 and cell 2 voltage = 3.28v
Wire five ....9.60 red - this is the voltage for cell 4 minus cell and cell2 and cell 3 voltage = 3.30v

As you can see the voltage for cell 2 is 0.10v lower than for cell 1, this means current is being dragged backwards through cell 2 and the resistance inside the cell is dropping the voltage by 0.10v.
I'd say you have stuffed the cells in cell group 2. You can try charging the cell 2 group with the single cell charger, but I doubt they will come good. It will take at least 75hrs to recharge the cell 2 group, but after a few hrs you should see something on the Junsi because there will be a voltage the Junsi can read on the 2 cell group of cells.
The Junsi can not read a minus voltage so it just says something is wrong. The total battery voltage 9.60v, if the cell 2 group comes back up to 3.4v the battery voltage will be 13v.

Thank you it’s all making sense now had face and figure but could not put them together
So will try to charge cell two no to get some voltage in when I had then out there was one set that was very weak but over several days it came up but as you explain maybe that was the one that was super flat 😡
Joh will take a photo for you now 😇

Because the voltage is so low, the charger may not run at all. Look to see if the red light is on or flashing, if it's flashing it is trying to trickle charge the cell to get the voltage up to 2.8v, then it will go solid red and pump 4 amps in until it reaches around 95%, then it will slowly taper the charge till the green light comes on. If it does get to the stage were the green light comes on, it will take at least 3 full days and nights, maybe even 4 days and nights, but leaving it connected for another day after the green light comes on so it can top up the cell as it recovers.

No red yet will leave it on all day just to see what it does 🤔 so this will mean running out to the shed every hour just to see what happened got multi meter at the ready to test every hour 🔋

If there isn't even a flashing red light on the single cell charger, good chance the cells past on and gone to the lithium after life.
First thing, disconnect all the link plates from the top of the crook cells, wait 1 hr and check if any of them now have some voltage. If you find some that now have some voltage, put the single cell charger on each one until the green light appears. Any that still show no voltage after being disconnected from each other for a long time are dead. These dead cells will kill the cells they are attached to if you leave them that way.

At the moment we don't have any 100Ah cells to send you Wayne as we are waiting on another shipment. I don't think Erich & Lesley would want to give you 2 of their cells that are already made up for their battery upgrade
