Newcastle George

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

"tanks" here---Wayne,
You are not p/correct. You can't have a 'blackout' now days. You have to have a 'brownout' so as not to upset our country cousins.
Keith.
Then you upset the browns. Just say it as it is, I do that's why I get told off but who cares?

Hi Dot, managing without the Endone, getting by with a couple of Panadol and Ibuprophen but still finding it more comfortable sleeping in the recliner rather than bed as i am not tempted to roll on my side. Even managed to lift both arms in order to hang some washing on the line.

I have an appointment with the face Drs on Thursday and will be complaining about the lump that I now have on my cheek just in from my ear. It is about30mm in diameter and 5mm high. wasn't there before the operation.

On Thursday it will be 4 weeks since my fall and all in all I think I am healing fairly well. I must be as I am beginning to get bored doing nothing.

next to get rid of is that nasty Ibuprophen asap. If you are bored with nothing to do you can always set yourself up as a bus roof top cleaner. It will take some time for those ribs to heal so be patient. Good luck with your face Dr.

Sounds like a mudguard washer. I use them to hold the bus together too. Can you ask him where he gets stainless steels ones from. I can only find zinc coated.

George it is most likely some form of clip, screw that they used in surgery and sometimes your body sees these things as foreign bodies and tries to reject them. I have quite a few titanium clips that are surfacing trying to escape, I wait till they poke through the skin then give them a gentle "tug" I have got one out of the arm/tongue join and another one about to surface on my gum and about 3
on the beginning of the first cut 2017.Interesting to watch their progress.

Spent 6 months in hospital after Vietnam, there were guys there that had shrapnel from WW2 that they had carried without knowing, suddenly starting to move, in one case from thigh to chest. Pretty amazing !

My birthdate didn't get pulled out of the hat so missed Vietnam and can't be shrapnel.
