Hmmm..... I doubt Margaret would go for the option though


I guess we have to weigh up the options, it isn't cheap employing someone and despite what appears to be a big bill at the end, there isn't that much money from each job. An employee might step up the output but then we would need to spend money generating more work and so the whole thing escalates.
I would have reached retirement age in just over 12 mths, every chance I would qualify for a disability pension now both eyes have the problem, so that could add some financial assistance to the whole training someone to be my replacement, but then again I could sit back and use the money to support the household expenses ... but then I might loose my Man Shed
