It was a hobby type monitor/logger that could record the cell voltages up to 6 cells and a current draw up to 40 amps continuous. It was then unplugged and down-loaded into a computer to show how well or otherwise the battery handled the load the model plane or boat placed on the battery.
Just like the Junsi cell log 8 series, these are also no longer available, but they would not have been suitable for what we needed anyway.
