Experience is a wonderful thing. It helps you recognise a mistake when repeated.

Save your cash, the iphone is overpriced and the 5 did not live up to expectations with various shortcomings in performance. Although if you speak to the apple fanatics they will tell you something different. Why pay around $700 - $1000 for an iphone when you can buy an android which will do everything you need it to do for around $100. But if you are hell bent on an iphone the iphone 4s maybe the better choice over the 5.
The Dual sim I suggested earlier will do everything the iphone does plus has the advantage of the dual sim capability. I will add though, I don't know how it performs. Maybe some one here has one and can give us a review.
