The Irish bank robber who was told there was no cash available because it had all been taken to the vault. He demand $10,000 be put into his bank account and handed his account number over ......

Apparently something very similar happened in an American bank robbery. The teller was handed a note saying "Don't raise the alarm. Just transfer $100,000 to this account." with a number. Police knocked on his door a couple of hours later.
Not the sharpest knife in the drawer... :roll:
