Launceston, then The Big Loop
Launceston, then The Big Loop
Currently in Launceston with family after three months at home. A qwik ferry ride to Melbourne (Monday 0900) and I'm on my way again. FINALLY able to escape kids & grandkids to fulfill my plan to do The Big Loop. I'll follow the Great Ocean Road, then visit the Flinders Range and generally work things out as I go along. I do want to see the southern part of WA so will spend some time there. Then up, across and planning as I go. I'm in a HiAce poptop with Loki on the back in big red letters (named after my daughter's big red dog, actually!). Hoping to meet up with Grey Nomads along the way!

G'day 'POP',
Currently in Trevallyn but unfortunately I'm tied up for the day. I'd love to catch up at some stage however, maybe along the road or when I get back. You wouldn't be the cahp I talked to at the South Arm RSL a week or so ago by any chance?
Hi Dot,
I'm pretty sure I 'signed on' but things were a bit confusing in the transition. Thanks for the Welcome, and for your support to all of us travelers!
And now I am being summoned summoned summoned by a persistent three year old to play checkers!

Reminds me of an old Andy Capp cartoon:
Andy (in a pub with one other patron at the other end of the bar): "Didn't I see you at the Star & Garter last night?"
Other patron: "No. I wasn't there last night."
Andy; "Neither was I. It must have been two other blokes!"
