Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Dot, I have no words :o :o   xxxx

I transfered one set of pendants from the new kiln, back to the old kiln today. It was PITA job as the new kiln shelves take morre bits. From 2 square shelves, I went to 3 round shelves with the same pendants. Quite a few of the pieces were almost fused together and then I found some of the very fine bits were still floating around the floor of the kiln, after I had dropped them when removing the main pieces. So they had to be relocated onto the correct bits and it was a fiddly job that took a lot longer than expected. They are now being refired as I type. Fingers crossed that this time the firing is good.

Another doc day tomorrow, so not a lot happening here.

nighty night xxx
Deborah

What a filthy weather night it was through the night and it continued today. They reckon we had 90kph winds here in Strath. I'm getting hooped up ready for the boys on bikes this Saturday. Will be interesting to see how Froomey goes this year but hoping Richie from Tassie does well. How was the racing up NT last weekend huh? Go Gizzy Go :) Sorry Bob  Early to bed tonight as I was up early this morning (9am) Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Norman x :D

Been trying very hard to rain ☔️ in Dysart today, but all we got was three drops on my shiny nut.
That must have frightened the clouds away...
😳😜👍

Keith is reasonably well. Been chauffeuring us around for the Grand Tour of Dysart... all 10 minutes of it!

Dottie,
Had an enquiry from one CM&^ member, but it’s “not what I’m looking for”.
After I sent him a swag of pics...

Dot, you will be eating steak n kidlees or calves liver soon. That's what my quack is suggesting for my iron levels....not happening. Taking iron pills instead. xxxx

I saw specialist for regular check on Tuesday night. He wanted to book me in for colonoscopy middle of August. After I explained our travel plans, that included my need to flog a few bits of glass, he told me to get to hospital on Thursday for the works. So that left me with Tuesday night on bland diet and Wednesday on the clean out. Thursday came too slowly. After the op, all is very good, he could see clear as...so why do they make you suffer a crap diet for 3 long days before? I don't think I will suffer a full 3 days of bland for any future ops now, either.
I was so exhausted by all the fuss, I went to bed last night at 9 and didn't wake until 11am. I feel happier now.

Dot, you will see the beauties that have come from the kiln today, once I operate on them to make them more beautiful. I am really happy with them. For what were rejects, they all look stunningly different. There is one, that is not even going to make it for sale. It is just so stunning, it's my payment to myself for all the hard work.

Sweet dreams all of you xxx
Deborah
