Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Dot, you sound a lot more like you, keep it up mate xxxx

One of the cranks on the town f**kbook page read the story and saw that the packages contained ice. His comment was, "if they were ice, why didn't they melt?" derrrrr

Did the hand x-ray thing and that seemed to take up a lot of the day.
Rang kiln people, to find that they can't come here while we are in lockdown (they are not in lockdown) and obviously I can't go to them. So as soon as lockdown is called off, I will get the controller to them ggggrrrr. The next issue, is that the controllers can't be swapped, so the bigger kiln will be idle for a while. Instead, I will keep making stuff for it and hope that soon I will get a few loads fired.

The rest of the day was cold and raining, so we has a lovely quiet afternoon inside.
Goodnight Robert and the rest of you lot xxx
Deborah

Shoulda packed a canoe!
Bought some Coral Trout fillets at Grunske’s. Cooked them up for dinner (well, SWMBO did the cooking, my part was Chief Eater😜)…

Going back tomorrow night for them to cook up a storm for us. 😁
No telly reception here. Been YouTube-ing until phone battery cried ‘Enough!’…

Dot, when Queen were regulars on the radio, I didn't have time to listen to them properly. Now I find their music really appealing. They are almost as musically correct in their writing as Lennon and McCartney. Still a huge Beatles fan. Enjoy the lycra laddies there Dot xxxx

Ray, only too happy to share some things, especially those that are so perplexing.

Yesterday I had to send off a parcel to miss 7 at Bondi Junction. I paid the extra for special delivery and she had it delivered at 9 this morning. I didn't know that overnight thing worked for the regional po as well. Seeing as that went so well, I decided to send off the kiln controller, via the same method. I took a long time wrapping it, in such a way that the po could do no more damage to the controller. I went up to the po and found that I had missed the truck for today. It will go tomorrow and be delivered on Monday. Perfect, the kiln man doesn't work Saturdays, so Monday is good. That is going to be there before our lock down is over, next Friday (maybe), so it was a good move, I hope.

Nothing else of any excitement happened here today. No drug escapees or crooks on the loose. I am almost getting bored.

night all xxx

Deborah I hope the man gets your kiln bits up and working sooner rather than later, you need to keep warm while you work. Talking to my friend in NZ this evening and she said it was 3 deg at 4pm (her time) brrr. Anyone want to buy some acres with power, water and a great 400mt concrete driveway ?? (Coatesville / Albany) Auckland. ?? Went to have my X/Rays done today I will be glowing soon, the lady said "Oh you sure have some staples in your arm" ha ha Not as many that are in my neck, Had knees, ankles, shins & R) forearm . Tuesday I have to be in town at 7am to have the pillcam swallowed and attachments sorted out, going to see if I can get a copy, I hope it doesn't record sound? what happens if the camera gets in a pocket of wind :?:  Can I salvage it when it comes out and sell it back to them :?: So many questions   Time to say Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Chuck x :D

Dot you swallowing a camera will be interesting, when you can't get many foods down . It does sound like a wacky process, but if it helps what more can we say? Fingers and toes crossed for you mate xxxx

Kiln man will do his best, I have his promise in an email tonight. The old kiln still works, but I really need to get the bigger things made. I have enough ready made jewellery to sink a battleship. Today, I chopped up lots of bits of clear glass, sent them through an old blender, washed them a few times and put them out to dry. This frit is very useful and if bought ready made, too flamin dear. That's another job that's been waiting for a slow moment.

Any of you smarty pants metal working peoples know of a way to collect tiny bits of stainless steel blender blades, from the mix? A super strong magnet did nothing to collect the bits, obviously because its SS. Your thoughts would be good. There doesn't appear to be much metal in it, but I don't really want contaminated frit to spoil any work.

nighty night xxx

Good night Dot, sleep tight and have good dreams.
Mr. Major is in bed asleep, and I am having a cuppa before going to the bed for the second time tonight.
Keith.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.
