That would be most infuriating. About the same as a jigsaw that has been put in the wrong box.

It’s actually more challenging than a normal jigsaw. The box picture contains clues to the final picture.
Enlarge the photo and compare the box pic with the jigsaw.
The couple on the box, with the man proposing to the girl, are grandparents of the anklebiters in the jigsaw. He’s even on his knee with a cuppa, not the ring in a box on the box lid. The town in the background has the same major buildings, but modernised, while the garage has become a slick servo.
