Thought for Today

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

OK, here is the explanation:

Got a flat tyre today, should have carried "a spare I guess" ........ asparagus .......

Come on, you wouldn't get a joke of that quality from Ray's joke book would you

Buy a joke book, when I have such a well developed sense of humour

How about this one, not mine, stolen from another forum:

I tried to come up with a carpentry pun that woodwork. I thought I'd nailed it but no one saw it .......

OK, if we’re going down the rabbit hole of bad puns…

Did you hear about the Scotsman who took his girlfriend for a walk in the fog and mist?

TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS' OFFICES

If this doesn't hit the nail on the head, I don't know what does!

Two patients limp into two different medical clinics with the same
complaint. Both have trouble walking and appear to require a hip
replacement.

The FIRST patient is examined within the hour, is x-rayed the same day
and has a time booked for surgery the following week.

The SECOND sees his family doctor after waiting 3 weeks for an
appointment, then waits 8 weeks to see a specialist, then gets an
x-ray, which isn't reviewed for another week and finally has his
surgery scheduled for 6 months from then.

Why the different treatments for the two patients?

The FIRST is a Golden Retriever.
The SECOND is a Senior Citizen. Next time take me to a Vet.
