We have been wondering why daughter in Brisbane has not been getting any redirected mail! Just spoke to Australi Post- ready to tear strips off them-. Seems as though I put 25th March instead of 25th Feb as starting date. Tom from Melbourne is contacting our sorting room at Clontarf to check actual physical redirection order (can't fine my copy) to see if it is my writing or if I did put March!
He was very obliging person which was good.
BBA in a panic because we need the rego sticker which is not due until 27th anyway (& is paid) & shall be at Gentle Annie by then so not a problem.

Do you still have rego stickers up there?
The only ones who need them in SA & Tassie (& some other states I believe?), are heavy vehicles.
No trailers, cars, caravans etc etc.
Police usually know if it's registered by the time they go past you in the opposite direction.
Rego recognition camera linked to national database.
(And you thought Big Brother wasn't watching you!!!)

If you're not completely aware that Big Brother is watching, read in today's Melbourne newspapers (online) how the movements of Jill Meagher (after she was murdered) and Adrian Bayley (her killer) were tracked to her roadside grave.
Good result on this occasion, but scary in the overall scheme of things.

I can relate to that I was on a jury a few years ago and the accused was tracked all over Melbourne by CCTV.
