Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Thanks all for the suggestions, I proberly won't buy anything till late this year or early next as I will be on the road.
My itinery goes into next year. Maybe my swan song who knows.
Anyway deposit is paid, checked with NRMA re insurance but as I plan to be away longer than 60 days they will not insure me, they have suggested a broker here in Ca$ino. Hopefully it will be mine in three weeks.

Congratulations Peter! May I suggest you get a quote from MHIA (Manufactured Homes Insurance Agency) who specialise in, you guessed it, Manufactured homes. We changed to them in July 2020 then had a major $50k+ claim in Dec 2020. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
Cheers

Good morning everyone. Its a bit brisk at Pipers Ck. The phone says 8 deg, but feels like 6.6 It looks like a nice day coming up though. Had a great day getting to know our newest grandson, who is nearly 9 months old now. Spent a bit of the day starting to straighten out a cattle crush that a tree has fallen on. Not sure what's on the program for today yet. Have a wonderful day everybody. Every man and his dog was heading north yesty, except me. Safe travels.
Cheers

Threatened rain yesterday morning, but I climbed up on the roof and patched the hole and that cleared it off so the sun could come out and roast me while I battling with the roof sheets ...... they get might hot in sun eh  Only had off cuts from the thermoclear sheets I used to fix the patio. Screwed down with the roof sheet bolts and glued the edges with Selleys roof silicone ....... that just about stuffed me for the day ..... so watched tv
