Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning everyone. Its 17° here heading for 23.
We just had corn fritters for brekky. No bacon left at our place. We are having a footy day. Off to watch the youngest gkid play, then to Metricon to watch the big footy.
Enjoy your day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

Shirley,
Never aimed to produce works of art. Saving that for the lathe. 😁
Simple and practical stuff. (Which is why I used recycled pallet wood, not expensive stuff.)
Table made so I don’t annoy SWMBO by hanging up my clothes on the floor.
Knife rack replaces a larger (bought) one to make more space in the drawer for her collection of herbs & spices.
Looks simple, but quite a bit of precision work to ensure the knife slots were all equal. It’s made from individual pieces glued to a frame, not a block with saw-cuts.
Regards & God bless,
Ray

Geez, give the man a break. I'd like to see a chippy be as quick on the TV spelling errors as young Ray is with the saw. :?

WHEN YOU GET OLD.

If you are an older senior citizen and can no longer take care of yourself and need Long-Term Care, but the government says there is no nursing home care available for you, what do you do?

You may opt for Medicare Part G.

The plan gives anyone 75 or older a gun (Part G) and one bullet. You may then shoot one worthless politician. This means you will be sent to prison for the rest of your life where you will receive three meals a day, a roof over your head, central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, a library, and all the health care you need.

Need new teeth? No problem. Need glasses? That's great. Need a hearing aid, new hip, knees, kidney, lungs, sex change, or heart? They are all covered!

As an added bonus, your kids can come and visit you at least as often as they do now! And, who will be paying for all this? The same government that just told you they can't afford for you to go into a nursing home.

And you will get rid of a useless politician while you are at it. And now, because you are a prisoner, you don't have to pay any more income taxes! Is this a great country or what?

Now that you have solved your senior Long-Term Care problem, enjoy the rest of your week!

Good mornin All. I have just returned from the post office with Julie's birthday present, no time to wrap it as today is her birthday. Just lucky that items sent to our PO Box can be picked up after 6:30 am if a signature is required. I ordered the item on ebay from a Melbourne outlet on 4th and it only arrived this morning from the US. :x
