Morning all.
Nothing much happening.
Long term weather man reckons the rain is here to stay until December.

Re: Good morning daily
It's just started raining here on the GC. Looks like Bob or maybe Bernie have sent it down the coast. So much for the lovely winters day we were having. It was beautiful for a while when we went walking earlier.

Re: Good morning daily
Ray, only 13 ladies turned up, wind was a little chilly at first, turned out a great day & I didn't need the beanie, gloves or coat, certainly enjoyed the day & played good too, we won.

Re: Good morning daily
I'm glad that you had a good day Shirley. Ours turned ordinary just before 2pm, and it's still raining.
Cheers

Re: Good morning daily
Onya, Shirley!

Nothing like winning to clear away the freezing rain…
I had an uncle who was a mad-keen golfer.
Used to rug up, then put on a raincoat & matching overtrousers before heading to the golf course for a quick nine holes in winter.
The only time he piked it was the day a tree alongside the fifth tee was struck by lightning as he was lining up the ball 15ft away.
He was a bit ashen faced when he got home. I wonder why?
Maybe he realised if he’d been at the top of his swing the lightning might have chosen him over the tree…

Morning early birds.
I had a sleep-in musta been my turn
Spent some of yesterday screwing the base of the shed...8 screws in each section, I only achieved one of the base's, we had rain showers to work around...sorry if it was me that sent the rain down your way David
Phone has 7 on it but I think its colder.
Keep safe out there.
Bernie.
