Passage Bend Camp Site
Paassage bend on Murray River a basic camp site for dry weather use Site 339 Camps Australia Wide 6. Good spot for a swim and a pleasant walk to the junction of the Murray and Murrumbidgee Rivers.

Hi Peter, how fast is the river flowing there at present?
There's been quite a few people underestimate the current when swimming in the main River.
I saw a very young girl (about 10-12?) water skiing and came in to finish her skiing but didn't glide far enough to reach the bank. She got swept in under the willow trees & was in a lot of trouble.
Never realised how loud a girl could be!!!

It was about 2 years ago that we were there . There was a bit of a current but nothing to cause concern.
