A progressive one earned by one of the workshop crew, where I worked for a short while in a Ford dealership, was "skinny the poo" His name was Wolfgang Narrosac ... spelling might be wrong on the surname, but it morphed into narrowshit and from there .... skinny the poo ...... he ran away with the receptionist after her husband discovered about the relationship and they had made up a song that paraphrased the old Louie the fly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcO2UlIMkpo
