Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Woke up to the first day without Girt.
Feeling a bit flat after weeks of unpacking our stuff, checking all bits functional & cleaning everywhere!
(Found a sock which has been missing for over a year!😁 Nearly threw out its mate a week ago. 😳)
Strange to look out and see her slab empty.
Oh well, gotta get on with life… there’s a garden border repair needed, and some wood turning which needs my attention.
Happy weekend everyone.

Where does the apostrophe go George?
Is your back and shoulder on the mend?

Dave, I thought that since there was an apostrophe in wallaby's, there should be one in koalas. :) My tailbone is good but neck/shoulder not yet.

Bernie,
The plural of wallaby is wallabies.
Plurals don’t need an apostrophe.
Only the possessive case uses them.
Or where a letter or letters are left out.
eg: don’t — the apostrophe indicates that it is a contraction of ‘do not’.
“The koala’s claw was broken” is correct, but “I saw three koala’s” is not.
The correct version is “I saw three koalas”

Class dismissed. 😀

Morning all.

Lot of birds around our place this year. Have even seen some Bower birds. I didn't know they were in the area. Apparently quite common. Had to send a photo of the the bird mobs to ask what they were.

Final preps for the bus. Vacuum and clean the bus windows and start the pack.

Isn't it a mob?

Good morning 10.6c o'cast, light showers, S/E wind, no sun to be seen another dreary weather day.

Ducks are the problem in our area, to many locals feed them, always having to slow down on our roads & they shite all over our yard, they are pleasant to see especially with duckings in tow but a nightmare.
