Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Love these pics NC George hate the snake seat though. I got home from the Mannum Feast and went to sleep hence no goodnight. Today has been a stinker and tomorrow will see us in the bus with the air cons going seeing the house one is NOT. G shone the big torch up around the ceiling and he thinks one of the ducting connections has come adrift but he won't be getting up to see or do anything and have them say we voided the warranty. Tomorrow is heading for 40deg so the bus it is. Glad to hear people had a nice family friendly Christmas
Tonight I got an email from my old anesthetist friend in NZ, he had a surprise for me, he has found love again and is getting married again in 3 weeks., It is 5 yrs since his wife died so I am happy he has found someone for their later years together. Of course, I had to ask if he needed any advice or suggestions for the wedding night? but I doubt he will answer me on that.
Bloody dog at the back of us is barking non stop, pees me off, I think they take it away for a few days then drop it back home and of course it barks at night..Must hit the sack and hope the fan doesn't make it's squeaky noise. Hope everyone is fit and well. Goodnight Everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Does that mean a quick trip across the ditch Dot? xxxx
Another crazy day in the lair. Eldest grandson woke with a sore throat and sniffles. We packed him and his family off after lunch, and all the while tried to keep a good space between us and him. After he drove home, he tested negatory, but time will tell. We are all keeping bigger spaces between us now, just as a precaution. Once they added their swags to the back of each car, I could see why they needed to travel in two cars for 4 people. Both cars looked very crammed in.
Daughter and her family are still here. She cooked a lovely pork Chinese dinner tonight, with me as assistant chef. That was different and took some of the pressure off me. They will stay here as long as the weather is still nice. With only one extra family, it seems so much more manageable.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Deborah I would just love to get over the ditch for his wedding but so $$ now (peak time) Funny how he and his first wife and I got on, totally different in every way I think, they were both anesthetists, had everything you could want, plane ocean going yacht, beautiful house right on the beach etc etc but they were sort of religious compared to me
but we just got on so well. One day I didn't turn up for work and they came to my place to see what was wrong, I had a black eye from a swipe from my husb .Sandy had only let my husband do all their mechanical work but that day he pulled all work from our business. He never spoke to my X from that day.
Nerver could understand our relationship, even when his wife was dying from the big C she emailed me the most beautiful email to say sorry that they were not able to get here to help with my cancer ordeal. She passed away about a month after my 1st op. Oh well I do hope he will find happiness with his new lady. Today G and myself and Brian have been in the bus all day with the 2 air cons going, still out here because it hasn't cooled down enough to go in the house. Have had 6 drops of rain and that was it.. Goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
THE ENDONE BLUES
You sit upon the toilet with everything prepared
You're feeling quiet excited but
A little bloody scared!
The huge amount of Christmas Nosh
Has turned into a log
And now the fateful time has come
To flush it down the bog!
But first you must expell the beast
Snd so, you start to strain
You bight down on a piece of toilet roll
To take away the pain.
But oh my god, it's bloody huge
It's like you're giving birth!
You sweat and push and swear and shake
And strain for all you're worth.
And then that magic moment comes,
That fills your sole with cheer,
A turd the size of King Kong's arm
Emerges from your rear.
And like a bomb it hits the pan
Thus lightening your mood,
And making room inside your guts
For more Christmas food.

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Well done Tanks, so you had more success then?
That has nothing on childbirth, I have never heard of having an episiotomy for having a bog, but if you had one for childbirth then trying for a bog then you know what bum pain is, stretching stitches is not funny. Apart from the bum how has everyone been? Bit of a lazy day today, did some more sorting of cupboards (glasses) Adelaide tomorrow then more sorting tomorrow night, this time crockery stuff. Had a chat to the old NZ rammy this arvo he is still awaiting his hip replacement surgery so no throwing the leg these days. He sold his motorhome so they are now cabin campers and they bought a new little car, that's it for their news. 7Must head off now and remake the bed plus the fight with the doona cover so Goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Bobr x
