Much better weather wise today but going to heat up again for the NY, oh joy. Physio spent 90 minutes on me today and what a relief. G got the 30 mins left over I have been given instructions on how to do his trigger point therapy, might need to press a bit harder Off to the hairdressers tomorrow Spike and dyke time again Packed up 36 glasses (drinking) tonight, for the charity has gone to bed and Brian is asleep on his chair waiting for me to go to bed so I won't make him wait any longer. Goodnight/Morning All. Arrived at Exeter from Manchester yesterday after three train changes, due to train on and off train strikes. we spent today walking around Exeter and took quite afew photos, some of which I will put up later. Some of an amazing cathedral which was built around 1150. Not that I am a real fan of cathedrals but the architecture is amazing.

Hi Robert, nothing happening with the air con until into the new year lucky we have the bus, I think it is terrible that there is NO service at all, what about the very old and frail people needing air con.?

Had our spike and dyke haircuts today, and followed up with some shopping had to start the little freezer in the bus as I got some more meat because I am expecting my Kiwi friend (who was our baby sitter) He is presently working in some mine in SA FIFO plus another lad that was our Neighbour in NZ so with 2 big grown men in the house I thought ahead and started stocking up with food. . Spoke to HTFFBO this morning, as usual the cheery lady said all was OK in the town of Boona. Hope everyone is keeping fit and the sickies are feeling better. Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Shirley x
