Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

I just don't think it's appropriate at all. Share it privately with people who you think will enjoy it.
Jon_d,
I was sharing the e-mail with my friends.
Being that I am 85 years of age and virtually social isolated because of my medical condition and my reliance on home oxygen; I don't get around the streets very much except an occasional trip to the Chemist or Medical Centre to have prescriptions renewed.
This Forum is my social life, and I regard the members as my friends----friends that I feel free to make comment on any subject.
I don't have a list of "private" friends who I can contact as you suggest.

Keith
EDIT: You are (so far) the only member who has raised any objection to my post, so I accept that other members of the forum are my friends and accept my postings as a means of communication.
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Keith,

Your post is noted.

Let's go back to the original post. Yes, this forum allows items like that to be posted. By posting it, it intentionally (?) invites comments. Dot posted one in support. I didn't.

Let's just leave it at that.

Afternoon all from Moliagul Vic, camped here for the night Toilets & BBQ and small shelter shed. Temp 37.5* but no humidity so it's bearable. We were going to stop at Elmore Ag centre but it's full of the residents of Rochester who lost their homes in the floods.
Off to Murtoa tomorrow [the Stick Shed]

Peter,
We HAVE stopped at Elmore, in a Nature Reserve 5km S on the Northern Highway.
Our FIRST NIGHT OTR in the new 2-part rig. 😁

A few teething problems: dud 12v plug for the TV,
Genny ran out of fuel just when the day reached its hottest 🙄 (and I didn’t think to pack a small jerrycan)… y’know, the usual things.
Otherwise it has been a good first day’s driving & I’m getting used to towing a box.
SWMBO’s turn to drive tomorrow… 😳🤞

ps. Tanks, I thought your post was great… too true to be funny, though.

Looks good Ray.

The generator will burn about a litre ($2) every 1.5 hours if it's running the AC..... maybe a whisker more. At flat chat, they do about a litre an hour.

Rained off and on most of yesterday.. haven't looked at the BoM today yet...I wonder if I should ask Nigel 😁
Number One Son and two of his son's came for a day visit, so alot of shit stirring was the agenda 🤔. And the odd beer 🍺 was had.

"tanks" here---
I'm up and about in Dysart and the temp is 21.6c with light rain falling. the sun is shining somewhere but not in Dysart.

RAY: Are the dogs enjoying the playpen restriction. A close-up pic will show more detail. The lack of a coffee table and the folded awning in the pic indicates that this was a wee stop-
Do be cautious for baits if you let them wander when walking -even if on an extended lead.
Great to see you and Joy are on the road again.
