I can not get anywhere on fb I think I made another account but everything has gone and I know nothing. Last time I was restricted but I could still use messenger and some posts?? Went to Mt B today G had his ultrasound, bus window fixed, got more confused info from courthouse, and the A hole that we had arranged to meet didn't turn up nor ring. Thanks Jon for the kind thoughts about my failed bowl. Not sure how a proctologist would want it either, it just ended up looking like a blob.

Yesterday his lordship was out whipper snipping and it went very quiet. I checked to see he hadn't injured himself, and he called out to come and have a looksee. Well, he had managed to have a rock smash the sliding glass door of my studio. I couldn't get cranky over genuine accident and told him so. I spent last night researching all the glass companies in our area and had it narrowed down to a choice of four companies to ring first thing.

I woke from a disturbed sleep and decided that before I ring the glaziers, to try the insurance company. They chucked in some sweeteners when I had to renew last year. We had been offered a free "trial" of glass replacement policy, that had no excess to pay for the glass. Winner winner chicken dinner. Moustaffa from O'Briens came out and had the job all sorted in 45 minutes. He was a very polite young man and not at all the typical Leb that we were expecting. Saved us a minimum of $750 by remembering the insurance company. So good.

Way too hot to do anything in my shed tonight, so no more experiments are happening for a few more days.

Good news about the broken window is that his nib's must be getting better.

Good evening, just turned the telly off, thunder/lightning storm travelling up the coast, we've had strong southerly gusts for last hour, storm warning sent too.
Hope we don't loose power, often do when we have these type of storms.

The storm that Shirley mentions was a doozey. The light show was really vivid and a lot of it. Our power was fine, hope yours was too Shirley. We had some decent rain from it too. About half an hour of good solid rain, but now it's back to stinkin hot and extra humid to boot.

Had a chiro visit this morning and it feels good to be back upright again. The rest of the day was spent chillin under the power of the air conditioner. Certainly not the weather to visit my shed.

A nothing day for me, tried fb again have plenty of notices but I can not get them ? even messages to friends don't get through. G made a frame for a tin cut out scene I was given and it looks great. We also bought a black out blind from spotlight for the bus door, curtain was always getting too dirty. He also put the repaired bus window back into it's little hole. Then he checked if the exhaust manifold nuts needed tightening, only 3 did but not much. Tomorrow he is going to clean the bus roof. I will be cleaning out the draws, nooks and crannies ready to restock the draws with foodstuffs and clothing and an improved first aid kit eg, poop stopper pills and electrolyte stuff. strong pain meds. Got various spare belts for the bus motor to be sure to be sure. Getting ready to escape north later this year. Well done with your glass claim Deborah. Our A hole roof man will not get away with his crappy job, he either re does it correctly or he can pay for someone else to do it at a much higher cost to him, I am sick of people ripping people off and getting away with it. Brian was asleep on the lawn when a sparrow decided to attack him it picked at his tail maybe trying to get fur but when Brian saw what was going on he just looked and laid back down and back to sleep. Saying goodnight early this coming week is going to be a stinker. Will have to water the gardens again, going to use the rain water. For tea tonight I had grilled tomato, a runny egg a rasher of bacon on a very lightly toasted piece of toast and lashings of butter. I chewed and chewed and finally got to swallow it.
