Do you have access to heat?
Heat has been my friend often.
Anyway I am sure you will enjoy the Hino when you have it on the road as we do with ours.

Re: Bernie's u-bolt saga.
Bernie, once you have cut all those stubborn u-bolts and have the axle on the ground, can't you just belt the bejesus out of the leftover bits til they fall out ?
Cheers

Re: Bernie's u-bolt saga.
I think heating and cooling (freezing) may be needed, either that or drilling out with a drill half the diameter of the bolt.

Re: Bernie's u-bolt saga.
I reckon that Bernie already has a plan. He just hasn't told us what it is yet.

Cheers

Re: Bernie's u-bolt saga.
Axle wont be on the ground at any stage Dave.
I've had a rethink about doing the other side.
MY plan is to talk to the spring people when I take it for repair.
They may have the answer....or not.
Bernie.
