chinchilla has a great spot. another closer to miles is a lagoon. can't remember name right now but its in camps 5. Mitchell has a free camp too. also there at servo in town was $20 but we wanted to hang at the hot pool so all good. at charleville about 6km out of town to the south if a cheap camp. wasn't good for us as we wanted to be walking distance to bilby place.
