Hello everyone, it is very overcast in BALGA today so maybe more rain is about to happen.
I had a visit to the GP yesterday. She is a lady doctor and very considerate of my spinal condition.
We both understand and accept that there is not very much that can be done with multiple spinal fractures.
It is just a matter of pain relief, bed rest, and limited weight bearing without letting the muscles shrink.
So, limited but enough exercise like walking around the kitchen to get another pill or two, go to the toilet and have a nice hot shower which helps with the pain relief.
I don't know what the outside temp is, but the inside is set for 26c and this is a comfortable temp for me.
Bernie, you could get a motion detector led light for Carol. They use three AAA batteries. I had one in the hallway at Dysart for the midnight trips to the little room.

Morning everyone.
Zero day has arrived we off to the Rodeo today...don't really need to get excited yet...not leaving till one thirty Timing it to be there as Daughter arrives.
Beers in just the food to go not much...been told we are eating out
Not a lot done around the house just sorting stuff...hers...
I did put a brew in the brewer that will be ready to go in the keg in a week and a bit.
I did have a sms chat with our friend "Tanks" yesterday evening.
That's about it for now...I don't think I will have internet at the rodeo so you can talk about me and I'll never know
Phone sez 6* I think it's pretty close.

Good morning everyone. Its 8° here right now. It will warm up soon I hope. Did a bit more yard work yesty, and some tree trimming. Bandit is off to the vet this morning, hopefully will get the all clear from his recent ear infection.
Haven't got much else planned for the day yet.

Good arvo, The run to the city was great, I thought we were in lockdown as there was barely any traffic in the city. Straight into a free disability park right out the front of the dental hosp, up to 12th floor straight in, X/R taken and compared to the one 2 yrs ago pretty good, no fillings needed as she thought when I saw her last. Gave the fangs a clean up and popped a bottle of new type of mouthwash into my bag see you in 3 mths .Did a road rage on the way home, ambulance lights and siren going but a ? international looking driver stayed as he was in the right lane so down came my window and I politely gestured to him to pull over. As soon as the Amb passed he was back into the right hand lane doing the snail speed and holding up the traffic. Well the Volvo plates showed NSW. Stopped off at one of the op shops on way home got brand new jumpers for $6 so happy am I. Now out to get the washing off the line that Gman did this morning and to trim a couple more fruit trees.

Woke up to a cold minus something in Narrabri. Now sitting in Rocky after driving all day in bright blue skies & about 27 degrees.
Anyone have info about the free camping in Theodore? Hundreds of vans & tents etc.
