Nice day apart from a light rain shower this arvo. Saw my old GP this arvo, talk about a difference from the rubbish lot I had after she left the Mt Barker clinic. Worth the hr's drive to get a real Dr. First thing she does every time is take your BP none of the other lot I saw bothered. Changed a couple of meds to see if that would control my BP and water retention, plus a full blood screening and a chat for a few minutes about past happenings eg It was when she was my physio when I developed CRPS aka RSD. I suggested she take classes of the then craze polarities ? all we did was laugh so after a few weeks we gave up NO charge. (bulk billed) then to the op shop got 4 light jumpers, G another shirt, Brian a sparkly collar with a bell on it for when we go away just in case he escaped. Clean house day tomorrow so come home to a nice clean house. Bed time now Take care on the roads and et better all you sickies. Goodnight everyone x Goodnight Deborah x

All set to depart in the morning just have to hook the car on to the bus, sweep the floors in the house. All washing has been done and all dry. Had fush n chups for tea. Both my footy and rugby teams won today woo hoo. May be out of range here and there so behave yourselves, get well sickies keep warm and goodnight everyone x Goodnight BobR x

We travelled to Emerald today. It was a short drive, so had time to set up and still manage a pub lunch after.
We are not impressed with the high priced hamburger joint that the pub has become. The food was truly unremarkable. We ordered an American hamburger for him and an Aussie steak sandwich for me. Both were very greasy meals and both were full of thick greasy orangy yellow "cheese". My sandwich was of course some kind of tough long bread roll. Ok, if you are ordering a yanky sandwich, but an Aussie steak sandwich starts with two thick slices of bread toasted.

Went to wworths to get some fresh bread and that was it for the day. We are both still trying to digest the horrible lunch.
