Wow, you have been very busy John.
All that hard work looks amazing. Well done to both of you.

My mind is still boggling at the work involved.
Beats our ‘new garden bed after the one that followed the final garden bed’…

Oh, there’s yet another one in progress.

Another garden project. This replaces a trellis that had a couple of rambling roses on. The roses died a couple of years ago and it was time to replace it mainly to break the wind from the west. Thought I would use a solid structure as it would take a couple of years to cover the area with again with a climbing plant. Cheers

Looks good John, are they solid or shade cloth, the shade cloth seems to be a bit more bird friendly and reduces the wind to a minimum .... well, until a tree branch goes through it, but the solid ones would probably suffer the same fate ....

70% shade cloth. Will plant some shrubs in front of it to soften the look a bit.

It does look good John. I was wondering the same thing as T1. The shade cloth has plenty of uses. :D

A banana passion fruit graphed onto good passion fruit root stock, grows like mad, great flowers, would anchor into the shade cloth and produce good shade and great tasting fruit ....
