Hi Bruce,

Good day!

We sincerely apologize for getting this prolonged.

Unexplained PHP version update is due to php settings via backend, htaccess or apache handler as Gerard has explained.

We have thoroughly checked on the php settings and its all set correctly thus we suspect this is caching.

We have cleared the cache on php-opcache. This should fixed the issue on your end however we highly recommend to clear your browser cache and cookies to make sure it will completely take effect.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Regards,
Neander B

None of that message makes any sense to me Bruce, I will pass it on to Margaret when she gets home.
Thank you very much for all your efforts in getting this problem sorted, I haven't a clue regarding any of this techo garble stuff so I'd only make it worse if I attempted to sort anything ... in fact, if I had tried to sort that post moving a week or so back, I probably would have blamed myself for the problem

You are running an unsupported PHP version (5.4.45). Please upgrade to PHP 7.2.0 or higher before trying to install or update to phpBB 3.3

QQQ got this twice ?
