A sure sign of aging, no longer that wicked smile or simply walking away because you are the only one who can, but rather a look of confusion and a quick exit to the toilet, or a strange walk and strained look on the face because a fart can no longer be trusted

Here I sit broken hearted paid a penny and only farted. (NSW railways toilets on the stations cost a penny to get into. 1940-50’s).
