Thanks Dot. How can I unsee those blubber boys?
Yep, gardens need all year care and can get to be too big a job as the years pass. Do remember how much pleasure that you gain from it. xxxx
Started the morning at 10am with a loud knock on the door. The lady who sold me a lot of sheets of glass a couple of years ago, came to give me some small glass treats. She found quite few boxes of pieces of scrap glass, that she sold to me yesterday, I could not be happier. She has saved me a bomb and given me a lot of fancy inspiration. I am amazed that she had so many fairly large pieces that she had put aside as scrap. In my shed, they are too precious to be tossed on the scrap heap. I hate to waste any glass. She seems like the sort of wealthy person, who starts a hobby and gets totally involved in it. She buys only the best equipment and makes a fair bit of stuff then moves on to another hobby. Such a waste of money, glad it was her being wasteful and not me.
After breakfast we had quite a loud storm with heavy rainfall. It passed just when we needed to get to telstra to return the wifi dongle that was over heating. It took us an hour and a half, but I came back with a replacement dongle and so far it seems to be behaving in a much better way...fingers crossed that it stays that way.
Tomorrow, we will start heading South. Probably get as far as Tamworth.
