Terry, talk to NC George. He has a 'bloke' who'll help. Our motorhome goes in soon to an actual NSW licenced heavy vehicle mechanical workshop to have the same thing basically as you requested ..... if I get change from a grand I'll be surprised.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, your adventure with the bus sounds a bit hairy. Hope you have no problems getting a replacement door. xxxx
The sun was shining and it was almost warm outside.
I did a bit of a vegie shop and then got started in my shed. The pendants that were in last night, just didn't have enough sparkle. They needed to be redesigned to give some parts a bit more strength as well. I added lots of sparkly dichroic glass, redesigning a few to make them safer, with less tiny bits hanging off the ends of them and they are back in the kiln tonight. The recycled glass project will have to wait. I need some new things for my next upcoming weekend market in a few weeks time.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Terry has Margaret made contact yet?
Deborah, the bus door is all sorted, insurance all done and we go to have it fitted next Tuesday at Murray Bridge caravan place.
Off to city tomorrow to see oncologist for 6 mthly check up.
George to see my neck man next Monday for his "cough"
RnB glad you found the hip man to your liking; his gas man wears a towel on his head and is a nice guy as well. Ask for a spinal. Are you having it done at Ashford?
What are those house prices near you going for Robert? seeing the loan rates are going up again, plenty will be selling up.
Hope all your new creations have turned out as expected Deborah for your next fair.
George bought me some Lindor chocs and bugger me they "burn" my tongue. so they were a waste
Oh well time for me to have a shower and head off to bed so Goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Annette and Darryl x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Spoke to Margaret just before I took the motorhome to the bloke to check it out for rego and the shakes etc ... I put the results in the Motorhome Stress thread.
Margaret and son and girlfriend arrived in Munich, took around 1hr to get through what ever they have to get sorted to escape for a coffee. They were then heading off to their hotel rooms for a sleep. I'll have to wait till tomorrow night to ring her and tell her the good news about the motorhome
Important note for Dottie
One thing the bloke advised me, get the tappets adjusted. The grey import buses have 6D15 engines and the valve to piston clearance is much tighter than most. If the valve clearance tightens up they are renowned for the valves hitting the pistons resulting in a big engine mess.
Get George to check the engine identification sticker on the tappet cover just behind the oil filler cap, let me know what letters and numbers there are as we both have grey import busses around the same yr models

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Dot, getting the replacement door so quickly is great. Finally some things are going the right way. Definitely get AJ to do a lot of extra work on that wonky shoulder. You don't want the shoulder misbehaving on you again, especially when driving the bus. It was a good thing that it happened off the busy roads, but still scary for you. xxxx
Good luck with government departments Terry. Sounds like you were sold a vehicle with fraudulent paperwork, by some pretty shady dealers.
Today was a get out of bed early to visit the vampires for a pre-breakfast test. GGrrr. We both had to do this as part of our annual endocrinology visits. So that part is out of the way now, just the expensive bit of visiting her in a couple of weeks time.
I managed to get some nice looking chuck steak, last week. It was carefully thrown in the crock pot with a ton of veggies. I had put most of them in the pot and then started chopping the nice fresh looking zucchini that I bought in a bag yesterday. They didn't smell right, then the penny dropped. Not nice zuchs at all, just a very fresh pack of Leb cucumbers. The chopped ones were put in the worm box and the rest in the fridge, not the cooking pot. Dinner tonight was delicious and lots more for tomorrow's dinner as well.
Then had shed time. The pendants were sort of successful. Some were lovely and about half were still not successful. I think the choices of which dichroic glass to use, was a bit off. Some of them may need to be rethunk a bit and re-built. Then it was the work on the recycled door glass. It did take a long time to tidy it up and then it is back having an even hotter, slow warm up to spread the glass out. Time will tell, just what I can use it for, remains a mystery.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Hi all Dot do not care what they wear as long as they are professional in their work.
House go here in our little section with in one week. One close by had three opens, weekend and Monday evening. Tuesday the agent had 35 offers. Asking up to $835k but believe it went for well over. Agent will not say until new owners have keys. Trouble being that you then have to buy at the same hight level in most areas but is close to all facilities.
Where you thinking of heading to? Night all or morning cheers Robert
