Are you still watching the bobs Dot? Just another early night? xxxx
I spent most of the day sorting the latest creations and working on pricing them. Stickers all stuck on, grouped into colours for nice display and then pinning each piece into the display boxes. It has been miserable here again today.
I think Ray might have a good idea there. It's freezing and the bed is getting warmer, so maybe time to get into it.

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Deborah the new ideas are looking great. Hope you have good sales. I did wear myself out gardening as Yesterday was spent asleep , I even missed watching my Bombers win over Collingwood. This arvo I was back out in the yard again shifting and splitting up plants until it got too much so I gave it all up. Currently watching the BOB's. Out lawn is crap, full of weeds and no matter how mant times G sprays the weed n feed it looks crap It's Santa Anna ?? Jayco boys are doing well so far. Robert n Bob and Molly are heading off up the middle for Townsville on Monday so safe and trouble free travels. One of our forum members from WA ie Jamie Harnett is having a real tough time, he has stuffed lungs and needs a transplant so if you are on fb there is a go fund me for him to be able to buy a special breathing machine. These things should be either free or rented. Ray my electric blanket is also waiting for me but the BOB will be another hr to the finish. Take care on the roads people and stay warm. Goodnight everyone x

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
Kikuyu grass, weed and feed kills the broad leaf weeds, kikuyu kills the rest because it grows over the top of it and smothers it. The 3 cornered jack vine weed is the only thing that can compete, just need to start at the end of the runners and work back to the centre plant, then rip it out and put it in the bin eventually the kikuyu will win that battle as well. Always new runners to transplant, they are in the garden bed, pull them up, dig the ground a bit where you want it to grow, grass clippings over the top and soak it with water ... job done

Dot, when the BoB's are finished and the girls are having a crack, will you watch them? If so, will you become a supporter of the GoB's. As in, the old C..A, .....never mind.
It seemed funny when I thought it. Not so much when I wrote it. I hope everyone gets to have a good nights sleep, especially Shirley.

Oh David how cruel
but yes clever thinking. I don't like watching women's sports apart from swimming, horse events (not racing) had visitors from Mannum this arvo and No not the Terry and Margaret. George's oldest son rang to say he and newest lady friend will be down this way for Xmas. hmmm G will be spraying the fruit trees with the copper stuff if weather is ok tomorrow, might even go and pick up out new glasses. I had bread and butter pudding for tea tonight, it goes down nicely and no choking.
G got the bus house batteries out to take to the people for testing, Geez they are heavy little buggers. Time to say goodnight everyone x
Goodnight Robert n Bob x
Safe trip

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
David would be unbelievable to get a good nights sleep, so long since I have had one
after not being able to sleep last night finally nodded off at 5am this morning slept till 8.15am good morning sleep for me
School holidays for 2 weeks & 1 day in NSW, hopefully the weather improves & the rain stops.
I need a good spray to kill the weeds in Buffalo grass, especially clover the ducks love it & deposit their droppings all over the yard, yes they are cute especially the little ones but their crap is terrible, lately we have had visiting black swans, there are many in LM but we seldom have same in our bay.
Guess I had better think positive & head to bed for that good sleep, thanks David.
Good night all.

Dot, you are going to runout of poof soon. Maybe tackle just a small space each day instead of trying to cover miles in one sitting. Sleep tight xxxx
Shirley, you get swans? Lucky you. They seem to like to visit the Eastern side of the park, but they never come into our bay on the Western side. Strange, but true. Hope you get some meaningful sleep soon mate xxx
I finally got down to the shed today. The plate, that I don't like , is finished. Then I found the pile of scraps is getting a bit too high on my bench. I found a stainless steel basket and filled it with layers of blues on the outside and reds in the middle, next layer was white followed by reds on the outside and blues in the middle. Then a layer of clear to finish. This is it precariously balanced in the kiln. It may (or not) become a thing of beauty, but it's getting a hot time tonight. Could even become a disaster if the basket falls of the stands.lol The hope, is for the glass to fall through the holes in the basket and land onto the piece of clear glass that is already on the floor of the kiln. Tomorrow will tell.
That's it for today

Re: Nightly Goodnight Everyone
So much for a good sleep for me. Nodded off about 10.45 and now awake again, 1.30am when I started this post. I hope you are doing better than i have managed,Shirley.
The swans up here tend to go were they can reach the weed on the bottom to feed on. So they kind of follow the tide. Is there much tidal change in Lake Macquarie?
I hope your experiment goes to plan Deborah.
Try not to overdo things Dot. You'll finish up making yourself crook, again.
