Nightly Goodnight Everyone

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Nope, give the cops the scoops from one of my favourite movies, if you go to a protest with acid in your pocket it makes a mockery of "peaceful" Vic commisioner put it best, they are protesting about war, which has always been and always will be part of the human struggle, by using violence ? He called them hypocrites, could see he was busting to slip a bit of invective in there before that word. Me, I would use them for the foundations of the new Melbourne runway.

Proves that those "protestors" are just the scum of the earth. People think they are clever abusing innocent animals just like some other countries. I feel for the coppers, and I agree with Busman.
Went to Mt Barker to get some food and things for Gman's shed, got home, ph rang and it was HTFFBO warning us that she would be here tomorrow.
Glad the "blob" has pleased you Deborah looking forward to seeing it. Got a blackberry cane (thornless) and potted it up along with another tomato plant and a strawberry plant. Not long to go now Deborah, keep up the physio. Time to check on the other two members and their hip and knee ops. Bed time so Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Tanks x

Dot I reckon you and everyone else would be able to do this one main physio activity. Every time that you sit on the dunny, get up without hands touching anything. Great for core strength apparently. Have fun with Helen.

I slept in until 11:30 this morning and was still tired. So a very slow lair day. I spent a bit of time sorting out a share issue and then did the horrible drug job. I had to sort out some pills for the rest of this week until next Friday, making sure to exclude some drugs from today and others from next Tuesday, surgeon's orders. This was more than my mind was really capable of doing, but it's done and the rest of the month's drugs are all sorted out into their tiny containers too. It's the one job that I hate doing, but refuse to pay a chemist to make up webster packs for me. I like to source my vitamins from several places and only ever at the right price.

That was all of the excitement for this freezing cold day. The wind chill factor tonight, must be at 5 degrees.

Onyu Shirley keep in practice for the championship. Deborah, if I got up off the loo without touching anything I would have to walk around with my knickers still at my knees. HTFFBO had a nap while I went to AJ's for the little birthday celebration. I had 2 drinks and spilt food all down my front. I got home 3 hrs later. a bit wobbly, must of been something I ate. Tomorrow is chatter day so my throat will be suffering tomorrow night but it will be worth it. Hope New Castle George's hand is feeling better looked nasty.. I'm off to bed now so take care on the roads. Goodnight, everyone :D x goodnight Ray x :D Hope you are kicking that nasty out. xxx

Oh Dot, where is your sense of adventure disappeared to? You pull your knickers up over the knees, before you try to stand. It works, believe me. ;) ;)
Hope you have a fun day with Helen tomorrow. xxxx

Today I hobbled downstairs to my shed only to find the plate looks very dark and uninteresting. Our daughter phoned while I was looking at the piece and started telling me about taking her daughter to nippers. Instantly I thought the plate needs some wavy pieces of colour. She laughed when I thanked her for the inspiration. She was actually phoning to ask if we wanted a full scale family event tomorrow just before my surgery. I thanked her kindly but refused the plan. Just too much for one day at the moment.

When I climbed the stairs to have lunch with his lordship, I told him about setting the kiln to start firing so soon. Oops, it should have been told to wait a few hours before starting to warm up. After lunch, I hobbled back down there and reset the kiln. No dramas. I then spent about half an hour pulling out weeds, it was lovely out in the sunshine. By the time that was finished, I had a nap.

Every day seems to be slow and no energy to fight it.

Oh Deborah, my throat is so sore and it is all HTFFBO's fault. I did the loo exercise but when I did it I realized that is how I get up anyway. AJ popped around with plants so I planted them straight away. She came to lay claim again to the battery operated cutter things, I will reclaim them on Wednesday when I get treatment. Don't give up on the kiln. Deborah, I reckon it will produce another piece of art. Friends picked up their new caravan and believed all was ok until a light came on, apparently they thought they had put the power (CP) on but they had not done it correctly and their lith batteries had gone down to 9 whatevers so they will be more observant. Off to bed now so take care all you sickies. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Tanks x :D

I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

I am buggered, HTFFBO is wearing me out. I did Pizza for tea. Planted a new Blackberry plant. I am under the impression that if "You want a job done properly don't pay peanuts" ;) ;) Well we have 2 more forum people to go under the knife very soon. Phil is doing well but I bet it is the drugs  G off to the block tomorrow to do a final weed checkup, HTFFBO is off to the pictures, and I am going to have a sleep in with Brian. Hope all the sickies are doing better, all the cuts are healing, and be safe on the roads. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Robert n Bob x :D

Sounds like you and Helen are getting along happily. Good to see that catering is working out. Probably better than mine is at the moment. Try sucking on butter scotch to keep your throat moist. xxxx

Today we had the air con man visit. First stop was tenants house. He pulled all the front off and found a mass of white fluffy stuff all packed in around the fans. His nibs had a look and claimed it's a fire hazard waiting to happen. That's one air conditioner needing a bigger cleaning job ($$$) Had a proper look into our units and agreed that they need a good clean and some gas blown through them to clear the pipes and stop the leaking. He could see where it's leaking, just not why. We have had several air conditioning companies here to look at this problem and they have not taken us seriously. He could see on the cupboard below the unit, where the leaking happens the worst and the damage there is not pretty. The two leaky units will need to be stripped down and worked on as well. So when the boss rang back with the quote, I was not really happy. He had been the one to install my unit in my shed last year. He offered to add a full service to that unit included in the cost, so I agreed. It's certainly cheaper than replacing one unit, never mind the lot of them. That is happening at sparrow's on Wednesday.

The rest of the day was spent editing the excel spreadsheet that has all of my drugs listed in a when and which ones sort of list. (Full A4 page) I had a couple of changes in the drug quantities since filling in the admission papers. I rang the nurse who did my admission and she said that as long it's changed on the printed out list, it is official enough for them. That was all typed up and printed off. Then I had to double check the contents of each plastic bag of drugs that's going with me to hospital and include the latest dosages and replace the labels with new copies of each list. That took forever. Let's see how long before some useless nurse stuffs up my system.

The rest of the day is a blur.
