Not familiar with those but have you tried this?
In the menu bar, open the Safari menu
Select Preferences
Go to the Autofill tab
Click the Edit button for Usernames and Passwords
Delete the corresponding entry
Logging in — again

After 5 months of manually logging in each time, suddenly tonight all is back to normal - go figure!!

I think the hosting company has been doing some shuffling between servers.
I notice a week or so ago there were a few changes relating to server farm lockouts of certain bot crawlers & spammers.
A clean out of the cache would remove the passwords that are being 'held' & therefore would require them to be provided again.
Should settle down again.
