Looks good in place David, the ratio of height to width makes it look larger than the one in the Winnie, but it measures 32" across the diagonal so ..... :?
With the sound straight into the hearing aids, they all sound good ;) .... but they all sound crap without it

I'm really not sure it has USB out or HDMI out?
Press the source (input!) button & see what is in the list?
Model number?
Bruce, you're right. It has HDMI in, LAN in, USB in, AV in and normal tv aerial in.
It is a TCL Andriod 32S5400AF and everywhere we looked it was $245. Which seemed to be the Christmas special price for all the 32" TV's, with the exception of the Ffalcon brand which was a bit cheaper. But not much is known about that brand.
I was hoping to be able to record TV off the media/USB port, like we can off the bigger TV's in the house. But that doesn't seem possible with this one.
Cheers

Dave I was reading that in most countries the TVs still can record.
Early times we (Australia) could until the "FRee to air" stations kicked up that unless they could collect royalties they wanted the Gov to enforce the makers to not see ones in Au that were able to send to USB or recording devices.
Makes my blood boil a lot. I mean who really wants to record Humphrey Bear anyway? hehe
Madia want social media to pay for news? How about the media pay social media for what they pinch?
Nearly every article on the news has been already seen on Farcebook or Utube days earlier. (like Shirley commented?)
Maybe look for a cassette recorder in good condition? (VHS)
Not sure if you have VAST but you can record off that.

Bruce , we have a DVD player that we have used to do all the station tuning, recording etc. Apparently that's a bit Noah's Ark according to the young un's. Been told today I need a fire stick or something. I'm a bit Noah's Ark too, and it all works how I want so I'm happy. Might need to look at something like Starlink in the future, but not req'd at the mo'.
All I need to find is a USB 2.0 ext lead and we are good.
Cheers
