It seems none of the Asian countries worry about child labour laws... if they have them.
The UN certainly does!
The lad needs a few more lessons on safety.
Particularly about checking with eyes before reversing... he came pretty close to the camera person a few times.
I also caught a glimpse of someone's feet on top of the gravel pile on the last scoop... the bucket came within a metre of the feet. (If you follow the metric/imperial scramble...
)
