OMG suddenly I have red ICHY patches on my belly and back, have had them pop up for the last few days but not like they are tonight, tried itchy meds , and pawpaw ointment to no avail, driving me crazy. No blistering. Anyway today I got a ph call from the nerve conduction place someone had cancelled and I got that appointment tomorrow woo hoo. Have a painter coming in a few days to give a quote for the inside of the whole house and also the tree feller also coming to cut the peppercorn and black gum tree down, busy busy busy. For the painting we shall move into the bus it should take about a week to do. The skin Dr sent a message to see him re the nose but not urgent so I asked for a telecall instead of going over there to be told all is ok. I see my own GP next Friday and she will tell me what's what. Deborah I haven;t been out in public so no mask needed  Was walking out the back with Rsy when I spotted a ginger puddy tat so I said to Rosy "Get the rat" (she's good at getting rabbits, rats, snakes , lizards and birds), but she only saw it as it flew over her back to it's house. Hope your kiln contents all come out perfect Deborah.I would of thought by now that they would numb the eyes before jabbing them yuck, I hated assisting the eye surgeon reminded me of fish head soup. Still no rain for us and the country side is so dry and windswept. Shirley, tell Bruce we are thinking of him. David forgot the hump day greetings??? Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Vic x :D

Dot, hope that nervy thingo gives you something to work with and then onto finding you a cure. Glad to see that Rosie has her uses. It literally has been too wet to wander down the yard to inspect the kiln. He turned it off on Sunday and I really have had no inclination to get into the deep wet grass to check on it. The wet n cold has taken a lot out of me lately. xxxx

George, hope you get better asap mate. xxx

Today we braved the showers and went out to vote. Half the town had the same idea. Eventually we did that and headed off to ww to do a big grocery shop. For some reason, I had the trolley from hell and by the time that we had done the hunting for supplies, I was stuffed. So it was a quick snags dinner tonight and not much else happening.

Take care you lot,
'night all xxx
Deborah

Dot, I think that maybe you are allergic to something. Have you eaten something or taken some new medicine? I breakout like that if I eat too much honey.
Deborah, I'm glad that it isn't just me that gets the trolley from he'll when I go shopping. The other day at Bunnings I was fortunate enough to select one that took two people to get it to go straight, once I put some bags of potting mix on it. The damned things seem to hate me.

OK what is next? had the nerve conduction test and the nice man said he could not conclude anything was wrong, I know there is pain and I know I have trouble walking but why is nothing showing up?, he suggested maybe my back surgery of 2014 may have something to do with it. Just so bloody sick of everything . Home feeling deflated. David I also thought of an allergy but after going through everything I have eaten, washing products we can't see anything obvious even checked all the pills and coatings. Watching the BOB's but no real top guys are racing.Painter coming tomorrow arvo for look and quote. Tanks and my AFL team won tonight by the skin of their teeth. Doorbell rang this morning and it was the husband of a friend that had cancer to say she had passed away. He was letting all the people that had visited her and took her flowers know and there was no funeral as she wanted it. Q/ Instead of people like Musk with all their billions why don't they ever give to the scientists to find cures for these diseases instead of the asking for $ from the ones that can least afford it? We have lost 3 friends in the last few mths to this disease. Deborah have a nice break off from the kiln. Shirley when do the bowls start in earnest? Too tired to stay up any longer, it is getting too cold so bed it is. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight Vic x :D :D

Dot, I do feel your pain, my dear. Amazing how the fancier the doc, the lazier they are with diagnosis. Could be a result of you being born too. They seem happy to blame the probs on historical events, rather than try to find something that will be helpful. Keep cuddling Brian, you'll be right mate xxxx

Tanks, lovely to see your name back on the pages. Enjoy your fancy meals too, sounds like a great way to go.

The rain has been incessant, so I don't think poor Shirley will be out on the greens yet. Not only is it pissing down constantly but there are icebergs in the air too. It's so cold that I have put the electric blanket on the bed to warm up my tootsies.

Tomorrow we head up the road to Swansea to set up our stall for the weekend. It will be interesting to be in the upstairs showroom, which used to be a posh restaurant. The club has made the downstairs eatery much bigger, sells expensive nice food and they no longer have a super fancy eating place. If we get enough blue skies, the views should be spectacular from upstairs. It overlooks Swansea channel and the old singing bridge. As it is an opening bridge, we will have to check each hour to see if it has opened for sailors to cross into the lake. It's interesting how they do that. The sailors have to pre-book their entrance or departure and must be in the wait zone for twenty minutes before the allotted hour. If the harbour master can see you or chat on the radio, the bridge will get opened right on the o'clock.

Hope you lot get some good rain soon,
nighty night xxx
Deborah

Shirley, there a few covered, 'carpet' greens up here in Bowlers Paradise. Six or eight lanes under cover at Paradise Point and maybe 12 at Helensvale. I think the pokies have paid for all the upgrades at these places. There are quite a few young people that bowl up here now too. By young I mean school age young .
I suppose it's the same elsewhere, but I don't get to too many other bowls clubs.
Cheers

It took something like 7 yrs or more, for a rehab specialist to diagnose the insane migraine headaches were the result of damaged neck vertebrae pinching the nerves that operate the neck muscles ..... these muscles were tensing and pulling the vertebrae together till they had ground into one another causing spurs to form and these were attacking the pain nerves that run parallel with the control muscles and this was the cause of the headaches that had progressively got worse over the yrs since the motor vehicle accident ......

Half the relief was knowing the cause, it wasn't a head injury or brain injury causing the pain, but a neck injury pinching the nerves ......

There is no reason it isn't the same thing with Dottie, I know people who were wobbling on crutches when visiting a bone cruncher or in another case, an old Chinese "doctor" who walked back out carrying their crutches, smiling and pain free.
The Chinese fella had a technique where he would insert long needles in-between vertebrae in the lower back, till he found the nerve causing the pain ..... I haven't witnessed it, but one of the sufferers told me he cut into his back with a blade so fine and narrow, he couldn't see it side on, the pain was instantly gone and all he ended up with was one of those small round Band-Aids you get after an injection ......

Dot, you back to sleeping in front of the tv? It's way too cold here to stay away from the heater that's for sure. How are Rosie and Brian coping together? No grumbles from them? Will Brian expect an not smelling of Rosie bed, once she goes home? Animals are so entertaining, and I really miss having my dogs, but not just yet, or so I am told. It's not fair to any pet to leave them in caravan all day for weekends when we are busy with flogging my art. xxxx

Yes Terry, I understand. I have a diagnosis of my main problem, complete with evidence of the bones where they should not be. At the moment there is no cure, because there is no money for rare female bone issues. If my problem affected footbrawlers, there would be an instant cure asap. This one is too personal to go into detail, but if there was a fancy anything specialist who could help, I would try them.

The knee xray was done today. While I am still waiting for the response from the doc, I have spent a lot of time looking at them and can't see anything wrong. So I guess his thoughts as to it being a bleed are probably right. He will ring on Monday with the "news".

The stall is all setup and ready for the hordes to bring their riches...no harm in dreaming I suppose.

night all xxx

Tonight is freezing just like last night but today was quite nice, did some more potting up. The painter came this arvo to look at the job. Told him it wasn't urgent as we could move into the bus or we could be away so we have left it up to him when he does it. Also the garden man came spot on time and did what ever he does. G wasn't too well this arvo but managed to put the gutter guard on the little garage so now waiting for out tree man to come and chop 2 trees down and take away all the little branches and he will cut up the bigger stuff for us. Got my "Anti Choking device " thingo from Temu so I may test it on G and see if it takes out tonsils  Have a great weekend sales Deborah and hope the weather is kind to you 2. Shirley can you practice your bowls in your lounge room? Bernie how are they hanging in the cold evenings?  Hope you all have a great time. Deborah when Rosy comes the first thing I do is wash all her bedding, blankets and leads etc , when she is home she goes to the beach every morning. Brian usually sleeps with me but has taken a liking to one of our dog beds with his fluffy padding, he comes into bed later in the morning when really cold .They had a game of chase in the garden and Brian won the stare out comp. Will have a chat with my GP next Friday to see if speaking to my back surgeon has any ideas, it has to be something plus will get AJ to do some research. Goodnight everyone x :D Goodnight RossP x :D
