Last bought goat for about $13 kg a couple of years ago(Full Goat).
Daughter sent mum a link of face book for a full goat, cut up or whole $99.
Picked it up today and looks like excellent meat. About 14.6kg which was around 6,78kg. Should have bought two, all vacuum packed and in the back fridge. Will sort the freezer out saturday.
Family goat dinner Saturday cheers Robert.
Did you try cooking goat shanks RnB? What were they like?
I'd like to get an air powered .22 rifle to go rabbit and goat hunting when we are travelling in the country areas. There are a lot of deer in the hills around here, but you need a big freezer to butcher a whole deer ..... Bennetts Wallaby isn't bad either .....

Dot I have a basic recipe which I modify every now and then, as I have not had a drink for over 6 months I left out the wine this time. Time about 4
hours in the slow cooker on high. Will explain the recipe when we meet next time.

Much like a chicken better on the flame, enjoy
So, throw your wriggly stick on the next burn off, peel the skin off when it's done, serve with mashed potatoes and minted peas
