And they have arrived....they knew who we were from the shattered rear window of the Patrol!

All agree, much nicer than Moree....friendly locals, tour of the local gin for gold coin donation, very interesting. Will be sorry to leave...

Remember to bring bathers next time Bob!

Oh and I'm doing a paella on Friday in Goondiwindi!

Cheers

  Good one BruceS after all it is Helen the "reformed" boring one but in her defence she did say 25ks further up the road from lake heart where ever that is :? :? I'm sitting in the same ol spot at home and G is asleep & dribbling away just like an old fart with his pussy on his lap...

There's a Lake Hart up near Woomera.
Said she's heading for Katherine so I'm guessing that's where she was.
Keep your doors locked Helen! (the exciting one!)

Lake Hart is a great spot with nice views as well.
Time is passing too quickly so live life to the full with your spouse/partner while you still have she/he by your side.

We are currently hunkering down , 10 Kms of dirt road off the Waterfall Way, some 60 Kms east of Armidale, NSW. place called Little Styx River Camp. In the Camps book, red tick!

Maybe we have higher expectations of the red ticks...or maybe ts because its been chucking it down for two days and nights, solid...still chucking it down...but no way would I bring a big rig here ...and it says ok for them in the book!....the dirt road is good, very slippery in the wet but we have the right rig, but once here it's not really worth the hairy drive. Toilets not useable. But...peace and quiet....except the hammering of the rain!

Weirdly....my Optus phone has a good signal here, but my Telstra has no signal at all.

Heading to Kungala tomorrow to start our house sit...or should I say shed and dog sit?

Cheers
Greg and Dee
