Let's hope for a successful launch today.
A tidal flood coming from the back yard and gaining momentum as it came down the concrete driveway, when it met the charger box, instead of going around, it tried to go over the box and may have succeeded in some of the heavier downpours. There was maybe only a tablespoon of water that came out of the box, both circuit boards had water on them and water had formed droplets in the LED display some how, even though it was sealed to the inside of the lid with a ribbon cable from the lid mounted circuit board .....

Finished the wire mesh carry basket thingy in the A frame, definitely function over form, certainly not my most poster worthy piece of construction .... maybe more Picasso style art, just not done very well ...... I need to load it up soon to protect it from satellite images appearing on the socials with a "Can you guess what this was meant to be?" competition going viral

Terry, the radar shows that you will be getting some more heavy rain shortly.

Yeah, 3 times today, each time it was for a trip to Bunnings ;)
The last trip was to buy a second 45 ltr Tactix box, two fit neatly across the widest section of the A frame mesh basket yet low enough for the MG to clear them and have them steal resistant because the MG4 front will be on top of them.

But, as usual, it rained, timed within a few minutes of me stepping out the door.

I was aiming to leave this afternoon/evening, but Margaret wanted to wait until tomorrow .... who am I to argue with that

That's no good Terry. Must be a steep driveway to build up such momentum to pool up and flow over the top. I guess incredibly lucky that the tsunami didn't pick box and drag it and the MG down the drive and into the ocean.

It was still plugged into the Winnie  The driveway is steep enough for the front hydraulic legs to be fully extended and sitting on 3 sleeper timbers ... yet it is still down at the front ....

Maybe if you had of bought some pontoons the whole rig and trailer would have fitted on it you could of floated down the river and tied up next to Bruce and do the work needed. . :?: :?:

:? What you talking bout Dottie? Be kinda tricky to float on pontoons down the coast till I reached the mouth of the Murray, then somehow float against the current up the Murray to the Marina ...... We is still In the Shellharbour area NSW, not up at the workshop yard
