Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

That's one of those light bulbs moments isn't it. Silicon on a pressure fitting, never a good sign of the previous owners mechanical aptitude. Water leaks are never fun though.

Don't you hate it when people do half a job and wreck things for the future.

He was a sort of short order cook from what I could piece together, not a chef as he seemed to be claiming both he and his wife were ..... Took a job as a soft drink delivery driver and reckoned it was a far better job, but not hard to be better than working back of house in a smaller establishment .... the hrs are crap and the pay not much better ....

He clearly knew it had problems, guess that was why we got it cheap, roughly $55,000 cheaper than the other one we were going to look at and roughly $50,000 cheaper than what we paid for the Fuso ..... and look at the dramas we had with that

Good morning.
Looks like our son will be home Friday... maybe...
We spent most of yesterday morning working on the hot/shade house..we removed it from it's location and I levelled the ground...then put the timber back down and screwed down then the frame put back in place.. and screwed it the the timber... Carol then put weed mat down then artificial grass down....
Then we got visitors... that was it. For the day..
Today we will be off to Bundaberg for the replacement windscreen...
We almost got a shower of rain late yesterday arvo...😡
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. It's groundhog day again. We almost got that same shower of rain as Bernie didn't.
We had a meet up with the Englishman that was our tour guide on our recent UK trip. He's out here visiting relo's. We went up to the seaway and had a bit of a wander about. No whales to be seen.
Plenty of people wandering about. The preparation for the GC500 car race is progressing. Most of the barricades up and grandstand construction going well.
It's good to hear your son is coming home Bernie.
Happy hump day. Safe travels.
Cheers

Good morning All. 20* with 25* forecast.

The fibreglass repairers were supposed to turn up this morning to repair the back corner of the bus so I got out of bed at 6:30am, expecting them to arrive at 7 however, still no sign of them/him at 8:50.

Julie will return from Canberra tomorrow evening and she is hoping to receive her passport renewal so that she can fly out to the UK to assist Leonie in caring for disabled Dylan who is out of hospital but still in a lot of pain. Leonie needs to get back to Uni so Julie will be able to act as a nurse.

Morning all.

Good to be home. Lawn mower won't start.

Not "suspect" Terry. Just worn with some unwanted backlash.
It's been the same since I got it, which is 46,000ks ago.

Might pay to live with the backlash. I know a fella who decided to "tighten it up" & it lasted only a few thou km's. Changing the wear pattern was not a good idea. Of course a complete rebuild is a diff idea but it's not like you do daily overnight runs between capital cities!
Cloudy & overcast this AM. I'm thinking humidity?

"tanks" here---
It's Wednesday again, so I am getting ready to do nuffin again.
I went to Northam yesterday for a shopping trip to purchase all the items that I don't need. It was a good day out from the usual, and I enjoyed the outing .
Today's temperature is showing 8 to 24 degrees.
