Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

My parents owned one of those Singer cars from about 1950 to 1957. Mum, Dad & 4 kids!
I bet it wasn't electric back then though!!
Did you grab a photo of it at all?
Of course I didn't take any photos, cause I was so busy looking it didn't entry my mind to take even a single photo

But this is an ABC news article on it https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-04-29/ ... /102277920

Some of those early cars were so small and so little room inside, I don't know how people travelled in them ..... but then others, like the "Chocolate Car" owned by the big chocolate family .... that for the life of me I can't remember, was just such a big luxury vehicle it screamed wealth, and the whole family dressed up in the roaring 20's style outfits ..... it was just such a sell of an amazing restoration .... or maybe just preservation of something grand from the past.

Good morning.
What do they say...no picture it didn't happen 😔
Just a general clean up till 11.30am...then I was picked up by a neighbour...we went to look at some motorbikes he was interested in a certain Honda.. the place we went to had over 50 bike's in all sorts of condition... mostly bad condition 😡 he wanted too much..so there wasn't a sale...I got home just before the end of the bike race 😡😡. So I didn't see much of the race..
Carol will be off to bingo today...so I'll get up to mischief.
Temperature got to 35 yesterday... probably be up there again today.
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. No rain here and none on the horizon says Mr BoM. Might get to 28⁰ or so.
Spent most of yesty cooking lunch and washing the house windows. That's always fun, not.
The GP should be ringing for a telehealth follow up for the last lot of blood tests this morning. Have nothing else planned yet.
Enjoy your day everybody, safe travels.
Cheers

The container people come today to look at the spot I prepared for the first container to be positioned and tell me if I need to move more things to get it in place. Unfortunately, the side loader unloads to the right, and I need it to the left of where the trailer will be positioned ..... it might be an interesting day ..... or not

The broken mirror gods continue their punishment, wind removed the awning from the sail track last night, so yet another repeat job .... haven't carried out a yard survey to see what other destruction occurred ......
