Terry, Bruce had his eye injection last Monday $498.25 we get $298.25 refund from Medicare, procedure costs us $200

how much do you pay for same
Ummmm.... $40 for both eyes ...... I was paying the $500 a time fee for the first few yrs, but I did a few equipment repairs for him at no cost, so he does the consultation part at no cost, I just pay for the injection stuff used .....
When I flew back to Adelaide from Sydney, hired a car over here, flew back and paid that crazy price for the short trip between the airport rail station and the NSW govt rail station, then the full price for a train ticket back to Oak Flats, because I didn't apply for a concession fare a mth before I needed it

the cost was still considerably less than getting a persion I didn't know or trust in Wollongong to stick the needles in my eyes ....
I would have been blind in one eye within a week if it hadn't been for Dr Chan stepping up and seeing me and a number of other patience, well after the official clinic closing time .... and paying his staff to stay back as well, delaying his drive to the clinic in Port Augusta, a 4 hr drive on a Friday evening ..... I will always feel a debt of gratitude to him and have full trust in him ...... you really have to have full trust to allow someone to stick needles in your eyes every 8 weeks ....
