Bernie did you get the awnoing out of the track?
Some have screws thru it each end.
Some you might need to pull out the core... same as they put it in.

I haven't tried that Jon...I thought it would have been easier to remove the track... but that's not a easy job neither

Bernie, you've probably worked this out already, but you need to use the sailtrack that suits the size of your spline.
