Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

The wind is giving us a hammering, might be Dottie providing it, seems to arrive in gusts
Think I'll look at installing the step today, then maybe the temp gauge and fan switch device between the trans oil cooler and the air con condenser .... Might even look for this supposed gas leak, maybe not all today, need to save some for tomorrow

Good morning everyone, it's another bright sunny morn here.
Might get to 28⁰ today.
The wind has dropped a bit and is coming from the S-SW so the cranes guys are have a crack at getting that crane down. They have got the boom off the top of it already.
I've been for a walk down by the Broadwater this morning. Lots of people walking dogs and a few runners.
Dunno what's on my list of things to do yet. Terrie is busy giving that cabinet a fresh coat of paint.
Safe travels all those out and about.
How's the golf going Jon?
Cheers
David

Is it steel or aluminium Bernie? Most I've seen are powder coated steel. If so I reckon you can try out your welder & do some reconstruction.
Looks like it could by a bit higher in that pic? Is it carrying some weight?
Did the item come with a flat base plate?

It's aluminium Bruce and it did come with a base plate, I've already cut the centre out of the bracket... thinking that would do it...but...
If I bring it down lower it won't carry the awning

I mounted mine to a plate and then glued the plate to the bus.

Oh Bernie....

I'm running out of ideas solving all your questions.... but one more idea... just for you.

Bunnings. Plastic building packers. Used for stumps, wedges, doors and the like. Shape one to fill your gap.
