Re: Good morning daily
I had to Google it, it was actually Peter Paul and Mary in 1962, Trini Lopez in 1965 and there is no exact listed time when the Seekers recorded it, believed to be between '63 and '64
From Wikipedia
Will Holt wrote in in the late '50s. The tune is based on the Brazilian folk song Meu limão, meu limoeiro [pt], arranged by José Carlos Burle in 1937 and made popular by Brazilian singer Wilson Simonal.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Once again it's to early it's too early to tell what the day will be like but the BoM thinks it will be another 30⁰ copy and paste of the last few.
Terrie is flying back into Brissy this arvo with her mum in tow. She'll be with us until a place becomes available at the nursing home in Yarrawonga. At least we'll be able to look after her. She can't do it herself anymore.
Have a top day everybody.
I hope you got some rest Shirley, I see you were about overnight.
Safe travels.

Good morning.
Lot's happened yesterday.. Carol went swimming with a cuppla mate's
I stayed home.... BUT...I did start cutting some of the timber that's sitting outside our place.. this is the timber for this coming winter..I split it and it's in the new little shed... first time I've used it..
Police still doing drive bys .. but there isn't any one home across the street...cept my camera caught taillights around 2am...in their driveway..
I had a hiccup with the new chainsaw..it spat the chain off..so on the workbench... and it didn't matter what I done the chain wouldn't turn once on..it's as if the bar was too tight.. after waisting a good hour..I put the bar off another chainsaw on and away it went... Puzzling
.
To be sorted another day..
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Morning all.
Bernie, there will be a burr somewhere. Either on the chain or in the groove.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning 22c, clear blue sky, N/W light wind maximum 34c today, hot one for us
David, good that you are able to care for Terrie’s mum until a nursing home position becomes available, peace of mind knowing loved ones are looked after when they enter these facilities.
I ended up taking a sleeping tablet so I did get a few hours rest
Send some of the rain down to us Bruce, we could do with a few downpours most of the recent rain in our area has missed us.
