How do you find the beams or struts in the roof of Merc Bus

Wendy I made a padded trough for the bottom of the TV to rest in when folded up. I then put an occy strap around both the trough & the TV.
The trough was simply a short length of 1 1/2" aluminium angle iron with padding glued inside it. It'll never go anywhere.
Are you sure you can't fix the bracket to one of the uprights between windows or something?
